Hisashiburi yaro.

Well, let's see. Today I went to see Takarazuka; it was really impressive. I didn't think it would be all that wonderful, but everyone danced and sang so well! The costumes were very... feathery. And colorful. But it was still cool, nonetheless! The otoko-yaku (the women who play male roles; cf musume-yaku) were SO good... they were just awesome. They were so masculine that you kept forgetting they were really women. It's amusing that many of them are chain smokers in order to keep their voices low.

Last week was pretty busy, although not with school. Last Sunday I went to see the 10th anniversary memorial Seramyu musical [special guest: ANZA] and then on Wednesday I went to Tokyo to see it again, although this time the special guest was Kanbe Miyuki. God, she's so cute. ;_; SHE MUST MARRY ME.

The only creepy thing about it was that on Wednesday, there were no kids. All adults. I was sitting in a section full of men who had come by themselves, and were all 3-10 years older than I am. CREEPY. Pedophiles, all of them! I'M THERE FOR THE DRAMA, BABY!

The Shinobus are good, although Shinobu [female] is getting a little too clingy since I'm going home soon. But other than that, they're great as always. I'm still in shock that they bought me a PS2! Not many people can say their host families did THAT for them. I'll miss them, greatly!

BUT. I'm looking forward to going home. It'll be relaxing. When I'm not in class, I'm out and about; the weekends are just parties, and my other free time (and precious little there is!) is spent sleeping. I went to a party at Hawaii House last night, that was fun. Wendy and I consumed 1.5 bottles of red wine together, so I was nicely buzzed enough to talk to Ben. He's a nice guy. He's writing a thesis on the gay lifestyle in Japan too! He's funny and British, and the accent is cool!

WELL, blog. I think I'll abandon you to take a nap. I have an exam tomorrow so I'd like to spend the rest of my free time doing... nothing. Hahaha.

BECKY, should you ever read this... I LOVE YOU! tee. hee. hee.

scent: cologne, which apparently japanese women love. god bless nautica.
sound: ayu's new album "I am..."
wearing: today is 'gay' day... grey pants, light blue short-sleeved shirt, flaming boushi

I was yelled at by Matt to write more in this blog.

Let's see. It feels like I've been here in Japan for forever, and for no time at all. It's really quite a strange feeling, becaues I'm really content here but want to go home soooo badly. I just want to relax, relax. It's already March 7th here, though... less than two months.

Stacy and I had lunch together today, and she's depressed for the same reasons I am, sort of. We determined that we're going to come out of this experience as 'butterflies'... right now we're just trapped in our cocoons. Hahaha. I really think that once I step on that plane for America, I'm going to breathe a sigh of relief, but at the same time one of despair for having to leave all the friends I've made here.

Tonight, Shinobu, Janelle and I are going to get dinner and see Lord of the Rings. Uwahaha. This will be my fifth.

As far as school goes, it's so so. My Japanese class is mad fun, partially because my teacher tells me I'm a genius. It's really weird, gaining some sort of proficiency in a language. Half the time I think in Japanese, half the time I think in English... but still, it's kinda cool, y'know? There's something rewarding about typing a 6 page essay in a foreign language and having your teacher tell you in that foreign language, "I don't think there are many Japanese college students who could write a sort of cultural paper like this!"... I dunno... it made me feel great to be able express my thoughts in a completely different way. That paper was about the lack of "happy endings" in Japanese literature/film due to the Japanese concept of "gaman", in comparison to the abundance of happy endings in American culture as part of a sort of "American dream". I don't think I could write that paper in English. It's just... really cool. I'm babbling. I'll shut up now.

On another note, I'm worried about Becky. I try calling her, but either get an answering machine or a busy signal, and no response to mails. I wish I could be there for her right now, and we just... hang out and have fun like we used to. Unfortunately NJ is very very far away right now...

As for Ethan, still love him! Hehe. But actually I get these little pangs of worry, kind of like a mother does for her a child (bad example, I know)... because we talked on Friday/Saturday evening my time, while I was on a vacation of sorts with a bunch of friends and very drunk, and I haven't heard from him since (it now being the following Thursday). He hasn't read any of my e-mails, and I try to call but it's always the darned answering machine. I dunno; just makes me worry. Hope he's alright, and thinking about me as much as I'm thinking about him.

This post is becoming rather long, isn't it? Hehe.

I've been having some issues lately about "life" and "the future"... as in, what the fuck am I going to do with myself after I graduate? Well, I think I've finally decided upon something. Actually, it was more or less decided upon in a feverish state... my stress has finally caught up with me, broken my stomach and left me sick. Hehe.

I'm considering not coming to school tomorrow since it's just a reading class with Hayashi, and lord... we [my class, the highest one in the program] speak better Japanese than his kids (we really, REALLY do) and he treats us like we're in second-year Japanese. I feel like shaking him and saying, "If we're going to go by 'years', do you know I'd be in fucking Japanese NINE right now?!" Jeez. It makes me quiver with anger. Our regular teacher, 'Ito-chan' is great. She actually challenges us! We read articles on the declining birth rate in Japan, what it is to be 'Japanese'... all sorts of RELEVANT material that comes in handy, and provides us with a better look at Japanese culture (and we learn how to write good kanji, like 'genetic-engineering', which is actually really useful when food shopping in Japan). Anyway, babble babble.

My Japanese music class is stupid solely because of the teacher, but the subject matter is slowly become more fun. We're going to see Takarazuka soon! I'm very excited, although I wish they were still running the revival of Berubara.

My Japanese sports class is fun too, and I'm going to a sumo competition on Sunday! That should be really great. I'm looking forward to it, because I've become quite the sumo fan.

Actually, March and April will be really busy with lots of stuff to do and see. I have spring break next week, which I plan to spend baking cakes and gingerbread, and going for walks in the mountains. Shinobu and I should have a fun time!! Then it'll be April, etc., and I'll have exams, and then POOF! I'll be coming home on April 29th.

Anyway. I'm going to split now. It's a little after 4 pm, and I'm meeting Janelle at 4:30. Japan is good, but I'm excited about coming home soon.

I'm thankful for all my friends here, and of course my "family": my Shinobu(s) and Fuu-chan the dog; my friends Stacy and Janelle, Katherine, Jana, Michaela, John, Owen, Brian, Jeff, Ryan, Kouichi, Makoto, Yoshimura, etc. etc. etc. Too many, but thank you all for being very fun and good friends!!

And of course, my friends back in America. Becky, Marissa, Matt, Ken, Maya-chan, Mat, Laura, etc. etc. I miss you all a great deal, and look forward to seeing you guys soon.

And no, Baka, I didn't forget you, even though you're awfully hard to get in touch with right now! Butcha already know I love ya, Ethan. :)

Well. Yes, this became a very disgustingly sappy letter.

Toodles.

scent: ginseng, freshly cut and slathered on my body. my beard smells like pantene.
sound: giggles of amusement as people look at pictures of mullets.
wearing: the same socks i wore yesterday. how horrid of me.

I'll be damned. I haven't written in this blog in foreeeever. Well, I just don't know what to talk about!

Christmas was fun, and I got to spend gratuitous time with Ethan, and that was good. Right now I've only got about 2 months of school left, which is both a blessing and a curse. I want to go home and just relax and be with the people I love, but that means leaving the people I'm around here, which makes me sad. At times my 'inner self' battles with desire to stay in Japan and desire to come home.

BUT! On to happier things. The Lord of the Rings is incredible, and the preshow starts in Japan TOMORROW. I will be seeing it for the 4th time. Hohoho. The actors have come Japan and proven to be the stupidest people in the world.

My Seramyu obsession is ever undying, and I will be seeing two more performances in March (for a total of 5 x.x)! Hehehehe. I'm insane. Insane, insane. My RPG progresses nicely, and I have a feeling that a demo will be arriving soon! Wafoo!

Tonight is Friday, meaning party... but my plans are not decided yet. Once again I have a fuckton of time until I go out tonight, so I'm going to talk to Macchan on the phone and then go home and nap.

Just letting you know I'm alive, my darlings. Be peaceful; I'll post more often.

scent: lavender, i smell of lavender.
sound: fuu-chan's whining in the other room.
wearing: PJs. not ready to get dressed yet!

Well, the week from hell is finally over. I have only three finals left (two really; I don't count the oral exam as a final). Thus, tomorrow is a study day! But, I'm relaxing because I finished my Joint Seminar work and will never be in that class again, and I wrote my history paper, soooo... after Monday night, I'm going to RELAX.

The week went by slower than normal, prolly due to the workload and the fact that I'm so excited about going home for Christmas that I just can't wait for it to get here. But hey, this time one week from right now I'll be on a plane! I come back to Japan on the 7th, which is a little too soon, but hey... classes start up again! At least next semester should be a lot easier than this one was, as far as my class schedule goes. Maybe I'll actually have time to get a REAL baito.

Last night me, Janelle, Katherine, and Jana went out with a bunch of other kids from a different program at Doshisa. Hamo, Wendy, and the three Swedes. I can't remember all their names. It was fun (once again we went to Cappriciossa and my friend was working!) and between myself and Katherine and Jana, we drank two bottles of white wine, and then had more drinks at the Hub across the street x_x! I was nice and saucy, but not too drunk. Hahaha.

Tonight there's a party at the Hawaii House near Imagedawa campus. It should be fun; I'm meeting Makoto at 7:30 by school. I shall inform you how things go!

If anyone actually reads this blog, you deserve a medal! It's got to be the most boring farking thing in the world. I'll try to make them interesting from now on. I promise.

scent: petroleum, and carbon monoxide.
sound: the oil heater in my room. slowly killing me.
wearing: less layers than normal!

The Shinobus took out the heater for me! Woo! It's an oil heater, so it releases a fuck ton of CO. Kinda creepy. I'm too scared to leave it on for more than 20 minutes at a time.

This weekend was pretty fun! Friday night, me, Brian, Katherine, and Janelle went to Cappriciossa for dinner. At the one above Den-En, you can do nomi-houdai. Oh, so much fun. I've fallen in love with a new drink, the Kir Royale. It's cassis and champagne. Sweet. Delicious. I got pretty caked. Walking home was very fun with Katherine and Jana, all of us screaming really loudly and speaking in Engrish. Haha.

Then Saturday I was invited to a party in Mukaijima by Stacy. That was really fun, too. It was free, and I made LOTS of new friends... got like 12 new numbers on my keitai. It's taihen, being this popular. ^_^ Hahaha. Drunk again, tho.

Tomorrow is the last week of classes. I'm very excited about them ending, although I still have to finish my Shinsengumi paper, work on the joint seminar crap, and then study for finals. I also have to Christmas shop, which is... BLUGH.

BUT! I'm coming home soon, and I'm really excited about that, although slightly scared about flying home... ah well, not much to be done about that except take lots of Tylenol PMs and pass out.

Hehe, anyway, I'm going to bed. Have a nice day, people who dwell in America.

scent: tuna toast, mingled with some afternoon tea, and cologne.
sound: Japanese people, TRYING to type. I like you!

Hey, minna, genki kai? Waiting for break! I hate my history class, hate my joint seminar class, but love my Japanese class and all my friends and my host family and the office staff and Japanese food and Japanese stores and of course JAPANESE TELEVISION!

Speaking of Japanese people, they all just stared at me for typing that sentence so fast. No one in Japan can type, and it shocks them to see someone like me typing so damn fast. hahaha. They all think I'm a pretty girl, you see. Tomorrow is party. Yes. Yes indeed. Goodbye.

scent: dove, wonderfully scented. and pantene. let's not forget pantene.
sound: no sound! it's quiet! it's cold! my room is 58 degrees.
wearing: not enough to keep warm. please refer to the previous heading.

I'm horrid! I haven't written in my diary or posted in my blog is sooooo long. I really need to keep track of these things more. Grr.

Well, my fall break is almost over. I had some wild adventures, such as going to a special Sailor Moon event on Friday (Nov. 22nd? 23rd? I dunno), as well as playing in a gay bar named "Apple"... where the bartender already knew my name when I walked in. Trippy!

Quit my job. Did I get that across to everyone? That was nice.

I go home in like 3 weeks for Christmas! Sugoi tanoshimi da na~ I'll get to see the fam and Ethan. I've been madly slacking, huh? Well, let's see what's new in the world of Brian.

I won a speech contest yesterday (Saturday the 17th). Aren't I awesome? I get three hundred bucks worth of coupons to blow in any bookstore in Japan. Wahoo!! I'm just proud of myself. I was sick on Friday and didn't go to school, but did go to the Thanksgiving party (I was pissed that I didn't get any turkey, tho!). Shinobu and I made a shitload of oatmeal raisin cookies (Mom's recipes).

I've been teaching little brats English since the beginning of the month, always on Fridays. It's been fun up till now, sort of. Last week the bald bitch who employs me was like "Focus on grammar! Focus on grammar!" so I went yesterday prepared to focus on grammar. But when she picked me up at the station, she was like "Teach them songs! Play with them!"... tell me in advance next time, bald bitch. Anywho, I made it through, although the number of the students keeps changing on a weekly basis, and she introduced a new student, who doesn't understand anything and is way below every other kid's level. Then there's the kid who always comes a half hour late to class, and I was told that he was very good at English, but shy. So bald bitch wanted me to make the class hard for him. In a room full of 6, 7, and 8 year olds, how am I supposed to focus on one kid at a superior level? He should be in a different class. Anyway, whatever. So I managed! As I was riding the train to Kyoto station, I realized I only got paid 2000 yen. Normally my classes are 1 hour long, but she told me she decided to make them 40 minutes. I didn't realize that would dock my pay from 3000 to 2000 yen. Considering I'm on the train for longer than 40 minutes if you add up the going and coming, it's a waste of my time. I have to call and yell at the bald bitch. At least I have the Shinobus to back me up.

It's cold. Very cold! And my apartment has no heat. Particularly my room is an icebox. It's like 63 degrees Faranheit in here. Brrr tte kanji. Other than that, I'm enjoying the weather. Thank GOD that fall break is upon us! Work will finally slow down and I can de-stress, although I think my plans to go to Disneyland with Stacy are going into the trashcan. It's too hectic now that I can't stay at her house anymore, and my idea of a vacation is not running around like a chicken with my head chopped off. It's certainly not her fault, tho.

Anyway. I dunno what else to say. Lots of stuff to buy for Christmas. I can't wait! And I got my Seramyu tickets. Hehehe >D I'm excited. Tonight, we're having red wine and steak for dinner apparently. NO MORE FEAR OF MAD COW DISEASE! Wafuu!

Anyway x2. I miss my friends back home, like Becky and Marissa. I miss Ethan a lot too, but he's been a sweetie lately and we're both looking forward to spending Christmas together. This seems like a long blog entry. X vol. 17 came out yesterday. Shinobus bought it for me. It was wonderful. And since I now have 300 bucks to spend in a bookstore, whehehehehee. Presents for all!

Bye now, my blog.

scent: fresh calbee chips. consomme flavor.
sound: i hear engrish. coming from every direction.
wearing: the same clothes as michaela (gap and uniqlo)

It's been sooooo long! I'm sorry... I promised to write more, didn't I?

Well, November is here. I'm getting along well, although I'm nandaka sabishii today. Something's just not feeling very well, you know? Wakannai kedo ne. I find it hard to speak in English lately because I can express myself better in Japanese.

I got a job. I teach kindergarten kids English at a juku. It should be fun; I start today. I also subbed for Assia last night at the EWS ei-kaiwa thing. I taught them all how to say "washing dishes is a pain in the ass".

Last Friday was the drunkest night of my life. Tonight we're all having a party, and I'm sooooo not going to repeat it. I blacked out. Etc. But at least I wasn't as bad as Yuki, who puked up blood and went to the hospital. Hahaha.

I like Japan; me and the Shinobus have lots of great times. I also really like my friends here, like Stacy and Janelle and the mouhitori no Brian, and Michaela... just too many to name. I feel very comfortable in being myself here, and it seems people like me for being me.

BUT, I miss Ethan. A great deal. This week has been hard for some reason, and whenever I try to call him, he's not there. Hanashitai na. Kimi no koe wo kikitai. Doko ni inno, Love Pootie?

ah well.

Becky, genki kai? I haven't heard from you in so long, despite my e-mails. Is everything okay? I miss you. I can't wait for December 22nd, so we can all party together.

That's right, Brian-fans. I'm returning home for Christmas. I'll be in the states from Dec 22 until Jan 6. This week has been pretty busy, but it's moving along quite fast.

I just finished my cooking class, involving too many sweet potatoes, and too much of a weird Japanese woman giving tips from a 'pro's perspective'... totemo hen desu.

X the anime is progressing nicely, as well... but there are just too many things in Japan to watch/buy.

Hiroshima and the after places were very fun, because I did cool things like drinking, dancing, and stuff. I dunno. I don't feel very literary today. The fucking joint seminar (minus the joint) is in a half hour. Me and Owen are killing time.

Dramas are good. Things are good. I've entered a speech contest for next month. If I place (there are only 6 people in my category) I'll win $100-$300. I wuv her.

I went to Lake Biwa this Sunday with Shinobu-F to see Miyazaki's new film, "Sen to Chihiro no Kami-Kakushi"... it rocked! We also spent \3000 on a giant Momopanda in a UFO catcher. (I also recorded to CD singles of me singing... hehe).

So, another week has started. It's pretty fun so far, but I'd like more money! I want to buy buy buy. And my silly parents are in Disney World swimming with dolphins ;P

Anyhow. X the anime starts tomorrow, so I am very ureshii. I'm also buying Ethan's airline tickets for this Christmas, so then it will be a definite... we'll be together for Christmas! We talked for over an hour last night on the phone, and it was great! Gosh, I wuv him!

Speaking of people I love... BECKY! BECKY! Venus performs "Traditional the Grace" live... I couldn't believe it. Go Venus! The dance makes me want to vomit because it's so damn stupid, but I will learn it and the nI will be the bestest and newest Venus in the world! Japan will pick me to be its newest sensational idol! Momobri!

Today is a Friday, which makes me quite ureshii. Tonight I'm going karaoke-ing with Stacy, Heidi, and Eden... we had so much fun last week, that I'm dripping with anticipation of tonight's activities.

I must go. Oh, for shame. Well, I'm killing time until that god-forsaken, ass-boring, fucking-stupid Joint Seminar class that I'm being forced to take. I actually should be writing a 5 page paper for it due in two days, but I won't give that schmuck Miyaji-sensei the satisfaction of having me work.

Other than that, life is good! Japan is very fun, and since I get paid to live here, basically, I've made some pretty nifty purchases. The host Shinobus still rock my world, and we have very fun times together.

Yesterday I went to a huuuuuuuge bookstore. Dekahuge. I was in manga heaven. I bought new titles, as well as acquired the first volume of the Eva manga. Ureshii.

"X" the anime starts a week from tomorrow. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA. SUCK IT.

I will be creaming my trousers every Wednesday.

Love and kisses.

scent: pinky. citrus mint pinky.
sound: an electric fan, whirring... whirring...
wearing: boxers.

Hello all. Have you missed my wonderful entries? It is I, Brian. It's only midnight here and I'm done for the day, so I figured I update the ol' blog. Japan is great. I wish Kyoto would stop raining, and cool down. I can't wait for autumn. It's supposed to be gorgeous here.

My family and I are getting along very well. They're very kind and funny, and I often spend hours after school just talking to my host-Shinobu (female) and watching dramas and stuff. They won't let me call them otou-san and okaa-san, tho, because they'd rather be friends. Hehe. THey don't even want me to use 'san' with their first names and told me to go ahead and use 'ore'... very strange. Anyway, it gets confusing when I refer to them to my other friends, because they both have the first name 'Shinobu'. I used to refer to them as host-Shinobu (female) and host-Shinobu (male)... but I decided to refer to female as Shin-chan and male as Shin-kun. It helps a lot when explaining things to friends.

Classes are going well. I placed into the top class because, well, I'm da shit. I'm glad that my Japanese has returned to me ten-fold. Last night 15 of us went out drinking, and they made me be an intrepretor of sorts because they couldn't speak Japanese very well. Ordering for 15 people at a bar is a pain in the ass. But I've been playing lots of Dance Dance Revolution and the taiko drum game, which AMAZES Japanese people... so it's pretty funny. Last night, the third bar we went to was called "MAFIA -- you keepa you hands off". Cracked me up. I had a calzone.

I also missed the last train which necessitated <sp?> me returning home in a taxi cab. As we went to three bars, and the first one was nomi-houdai (pay a flat fee, drink till you die) I was quite smashed. The taxi driver thought I was a Japanese person, and when I said, "No, I'm really a foreigner", he then was so impressed that he asked me to explain to him what a 'laser' was and how it worked in Japanese. WTF?

Today we went to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. You sit, there's a conveyor belt that has sushi on it, and you pluck off what you want. Very... odd. But fun.

It's very weird to follow the whole crisis in the US while in Japan. All the news I watch is in Japanese, so it gives me a sort of strange... surreal take on it. I dunno. I wonder when it's going to end?

Anyway, I just wanted to punch in a quick update and assure myself that I knew how to speak English still. It's also very refreshing to type on an English keyboard. I can easily hit the ' key. Yeah, apostrophes!!

Just a note: Japanese cell-phones rock. You can e-mail me on my cell phone at pooter@ezweb.ne.jp. Buh-bye.

scent: the hot dog i had for breakfast at 'cafe anri'
sound: kouichi giving demonstrations on how to work a computer
wearing: socks. can you dig it?

Hello, blog. I've missed you. Well, I've finally arrived in Kyoto and I've been here for about two days. The first evening was fun; everyone is really really nice. I like all the kids in my program a LOT! I made friends with Kandace who likes Anne of Green Gables, and Stacy, who's a cute half, and Karuna (also half, sititng right next to me, and another boy named Brian (we've been rooming together) and Paul (my karaoke partner). I'VE ALREADY GONE TO KARAOKE TWICE. I am the man!

Yesterday was the first full day. We were each assigned two 'friends'... Japanese students who were in English clubs here on campus. Mine were very nice. We got lost for about 5 hours looking for my host family's apartment, and then they helped register at the ward office and get my national health insurance. Very fun. I've seen where I'm going to live; it's in an apartment about an hour from campus by a train and subway. Ah well, so much for being near campus! Tonight at a party I'll meet my host parents.

I wish Chris, the dorky moron with the horrid Japanese, also from Bucknell, would stop hitting on me. It makes me very uncomfortable, PARTICULARLY WHEN HE SLAPS ME ON THE ASS. He's confessed to us that he swings both ways. I do not like any other gay men. Only Ethan. The rest make me feel... straight.

Well, I suppose that's all for now. I miss both Becky and Ethan the Love Pootie, but I hope to be talking to them both soon. Buhbye.

scent: cold chai
sound: my neeeep seeaaa, sailah nepchuuuuun
wearing: my dinner. 'urp'

Well, it's 1 am or so. 3 hours until I depart for the airport. That's right, today's the day! I'm heading off to Japan. I won't see anyone I know for 4 months (it used to be 8 months, but now I'm flying home for Christmas). I'm very nervous, to the point of puking, but seeing Becky tonight and talking to Ethan for over an hour on the phone really put me at ease.

My flight to LA is at like 6:30 am. Then from LA, I fly to Osaka. Dokidoki shichau. As this day approached, I really didn't think about... then today when I packed... it just all sort of HIT me. I'll be in Japan soon x_x Speaking Japanese. This has also made me really excited, because I remember all the fun stuff the last time I was in Japan.

Since I have to leave the house at 4 am, no bed for me! I'm done packing at least, except for some pictures of family to show my host family. I've also gotta clean >.<

Becky and I finally organized my CDs, but I'll only get to take -10- with me onto the plane (just don't ask). What a hard decision that has been! Ah well, hopefully I'll sleep.

I'm sure I'll post again tonight as my excitement mounts.

Until strawberry sherbet~

scent: cheese blintz and lavender
sound: 'the pussy wars'
wearing: lunch

Yesterday was a family gathering of sorts, only it was more fun than usual. I got slightly intoxicated on about 7 bottles of Smirnoff Ice, which in turn made me feel like death about 4 hours later. Last night the Beckster and I had a great deal of fun watching Iron Chef and Voyager! I will comply.

Today my parents told me they were willing to fly me home from Japan for Christmas! That means I'll only have to go four months at a time, which makes me really happy. It also means I'll get to see Becky sooner, too! And I asked Ethan if he wanted to spend Christmas with me, so maybe he will... I hope so! "Have hope!"

Today's chapter of DOKODEMOKEN involves Ken's unprecedented arrival! He's back at Bucknell, and is still a junior. That means that when I get back to Bucknell, we'll be seniors and get to graduate together! Wai! Ureshii. I'm glad. I miss all the fun Ken and I have together.

I really need to start packing, considering I leave for Japan in like... two days. Wah, I'm such a procrastinator! Ah well, what can you do? Tonight shall be mad fun; BECKY AND I ARE MAKING A JELL-O MOLD. Oh brother, I'm so excited... I'm just... dripping!

wearing: camo pants, ethan's cartouche
scent: lavender
music: speed's 'alive'
why this section?: because michiru at michiru.com does it, and i want to be an anime character too!

Well, today for the most part was uneventful. Woke up and chilled, copied more Sailor Stars tapes. God, it's making me convulse. Why am I having this sort of reaction to Sailor Moon? I couldn't be turning... un-gay.

Played DDR. Sweated. Then I went to Kristen and Steve's for dinner and movie. I got there at 5:30 and Steve didn't get home till 8:30 and fell asleep after dinner, so it was mostly Brian-Kristen bonding. I enjoyed it very much! Except when Hootie was playing with me and accidentally bit my face, right between the eyebrows...

We-ell, it's storming out. Baaaaad lightning. Tomorrow is a family gathering day, and such. I'm going to get sozzled. Sozzled, I say. I leave for Japan on Tuesday, and I'm very nervous and have to start organizing.

I miss Ethan terribly, and hope more and more that he gets in touch with me before Japan. Thank God Becky was there to calm me down.

On the way to Becky's, we uncovered a mysterious unlabelled CD I had burned... full of gay songs from the 80's, with stuff by Madonna, Cher, Boy George... hoo-boy. Ah well, post shiyou!

The blurriness of sleep has tackled me and I'm too lazy to fight. The fact that Sailor Stars has been on in the background ALL FUCKING DAY (copying tapes sucks) makes me want to vomit. Too much Sailor Moon. It's like poison in my blood. Like when I eat a baguette... it's good at first, but I just always eat too much and want to puke.

I hope Ethan gets a phone set-up soon. I don't mean to sound like a pussy, but I really DO miss talking to him. This is the longest we've gone without speaking since... well, since December. x_x GET A PHONE. GET SOMETHING. #@()#( Before I go to Japan!

Speaking of Japan, I'm so totally apprehensive. I've been dreaming of this moment for the past 6 years and now that it's finally year... 8 months away seems like such a long time. I don't want to go. I wonder if it's because of Ethan only? Would I have be able to go away so easily otherwise? This blog is getting too serious! Change topic.

Anyway. Going shopping with Mum at 9:30 am. I'm getting lots of new shoes! G'night.

scent: latex rubber gloves and drilled tooth.
music: 'happy happy lice shower'
wearing: one of ethan's shirts, cargo shorts, cartouche

My dentist's office is a scary place. They're all constantly stoned. The nurse is like "You like this flat instrument very much, don't you?" to the dentist.

Dentist: "Yes, I like it very much!"
Nurse: "It's one of my favorite instruments."
Dentist: "You love when I use this instrument, don't you?"
Nurse: "Yes, I love this instrument."

So... many instruments. Ah well, the fun of going to the dentist is having your face feel numb for a long time afterwards. I tried playing BoF3 today, and just can't. Bad translations, bad writing... oh the pain! I envy Becky and her Rhapsody experience at the moment.

Mother is stressing about me leaving for Japan soon, and is being more psychopathic than usual. At least I get to go shopping tomorrow and spend vast quantities of her money. I miss Ethan a lot too, and hope that he gets his phone working soon, because I'd like to talk to him!

Hopefully tonight I'll find something to amuse myself. I should work on my RPG!

Poor Brian!

Even worse than that "where the HELL am I, and what am I doing?" feeling when're awakened way too soon, and just can't focus..is using an eye-care product that's, oh, 3 years past expiration. I've decided to join the ranks of every other freaky anime fan out there. HOWEVER, you won't see any melodrama or lies on this puppy! Oh no! We'll only display truth, love, and good gay sex. Mmm. Glowing cones and fluids.

Courtesy of michiru.com, today I'm wearing red and green plaid boxer shorts and a green, yellow, and black striped shirt thingy. Aren't I cute? My scent is Nautica's "latitude-longitude" and I'm wearing Ethan's cartouche.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA. I'm sorry. Why would anyone care what you're wearing?
